"The Bunchow (2020)" from KickthePJ's Cosmic Anthology Vol. 1

These are pages 4 and 5 I created back in 2020 for *KickthePJ's Cosmic Anthology Vol. 1.

My initial idea for these pages was to create something akin to the Dungeons and Dragons Monster Manual, except with a sci-fi theme.
This creature is called The Bunchow, a furry little creature that eats as much as it can thanks to the pocket dimension that resides within its stomach. KickthePJ originally created The Bunchow for a Youtube video (found here - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1MQpbiNzh7o), so I decided to take this creature design, give it some lore and redesign it in my own art style, similar to The Spatium Vermis (https://www.artstation.com/artwork/eJeaaY). I drew all 3 of its forms, Happy, Hangry (Hungry+Angry) and the Moon Transformation.

This was a big collaborative project that started as a little fun idea but ended up taking 2 years to complete. It involved many talented creators and it was made to show off a weird and wonderful collection of art (digital and traditional), photography, writing and poetry, just to name a few.
